- Role: Microsoft Teams Collaboration Engineer

Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and optimize Microsoft Teams collaboration environments across enterprise platforms
- Deploy and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and video conferencing devices
- Configure and manage Cloud Video Interop (CVI) integrations and conferencing solutions
- Analyze meeting logs and troubleshoot collaboration, conferencing, and call quality issues
- Develop and maintain Call Quality Dashboards and reporting solutions
- Support integrations between Microsoft collaboration platforms and enterprise applications
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and operations teams to resolve platform issues and improve user experience
- Support automation and workflow initiatives using Power Platform tools such as Power BI and Power Automate
- Utilize Microsoft APIs and integration capabilities to support platform enhancements and operational efficiency
- Maintain operational documentation, standards, and support procedures
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft collaboration and infrastructure environments
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
- CVI integrations
- Enterprise conferencing technologies
- Experience troubleshooting call quality, meeting performance, and collaboration platform issues
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud-based collaboration infrastructure
- Experience with:
- Power BI
- Power Automate
- Microsoft APIs and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with:
- Active Directory
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Teams or collaboration-related certifications
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise collaboration environments
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and reporting tools
- Experience integrating collaboration platforms with third-party applications and workflows
- Exposure to automation and operational improvement initiatives using Power Platform technologies
