Key Responsibilities:
- Execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Application Experience Platform within Enterprise Acquisition Products.
- Build and manage the Experience Availability Index, a dashboard tracking global acquisition journey performance from a customer perspective.
- Define metrics, coordinate instrumentation with SRE teams, and deliver actionable reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, UX, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy.
- Lead product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining OKRs, and recommending optimal solutions.
- Define MVPs aligned with business goals while balancing innovation and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to reduce friction, improve automation, and enhance customer acquisition outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and analysts.
- Partner with engineering and release teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful product delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering customer-focused features.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments with data platforms/products.
- Proven ability to contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-based decisions and improvements.
- Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of compliance, risk, and data governance.
- Balanced technical understanding and business acumen.
